YX3 series motors use cold-rolled silicon steel sheets as magnetic conductive materials, and update the performance design and structural optimization design based on the original Y2 series motors. The motor efficiency complies with the European EFF1 index requirements and reaches the efficiency standard requirements of the level 2 energy efficiency index of GB18613-2006 energy-saving evaluation value. The existing YX3 series three-phase asynchronous motors are better than products that meet the level 3 efficiency standards specified in GB18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Levels of Small and Medium-sized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors". Insulation and temperature rise: When the motor is designed according to Class F insulation (105K) and operates under standard working conditions, the temperature rise (resistance method) of the motor stator winding is assessed at 80K.
Cooling and ventilation: According to the provisions of IC411 in IEC 60034-6, the standard cooling method is fully enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC).
The standard motor is equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan.
Protection level:The protection level of the motor is IP55. Motors with higher protection levels can also be produced according to user requirements.
Voltage and frequency:The standard voltage and frequency are 380V and 50Hz. The motor can still run well when the supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage by ±10%. Motors with special voltages and frequencies can be designed upon request.
