YE2 series high-efficiency motors use cold-rolled silicon steel sheets as magnetic conductive materials, and update the performance design and structural optimization design based on the original Y2 series motors. The motor efficiency meets the European EFF1 index requirements and reaches the level 3 efficiency standard specified in GB 18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Levels of Small and Medium-sized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors". At the same time, it meets the IEC energy efficiency value of IEC60034-30-2008 standard. It complies with the national requirements for energy conservation and consumption reduction in the manufacturing industry. Insulation and temperature rise: The motor is designed according to Class F insulation (105K). When running under standard working conditions, the temperature rise (resistance method) of the motor stator winding is assessed at 80K.
Cooling and ventilation: According to the provisions of IC41 1 in IEC 60034-6, the standard cooling method is Totally Enclosed Self-Fan Cooling (TEFC). The standard motor is equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan.
Protection level: The protection level of the motor is IP55. Motors with higher protection levels can also be produced according to user requirements.
Voltage and frequency: The standard voltage and frequency are 380V and 50Hz. When the supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage by ±10%, the motor can still run well. Motors with special voltages and frequencies can be designed upon request.
